After teaching Creative Writing and English Literature, Keith began his path in insurance with a large agency out of Toledo, Ohio. He quickly became a performance coach and trainer for 200+ producers, selling P&C and Employee Benefits. Certified in a handful of sales methodologies, as well as holding an M.Ed in English, he then led teams in insurtech, EHS and ESG SaaS, for large tech firms and burgeoning start-ups. 

Keith’s connection to Reseco traces back to 2012 when he worked with Steve, Steve, and Greg to repair Reseco’s Agency Management System. Since then he relentlessly pushed the three to come work with Reseco, until finally they agreed in early 2024.

When he’s not seeking to help Reseco clients tackle their top priorites, Keith is either on the golf course, reading whatever he can get his hands on, or spending time with his family.
